Do you know this feeling? Despite the desire for deeper insights into your own personality, lasting change simply doesn't occur. Processes that you seem to have long recognized and understood repeat themselves day after day, often leaving you feeling helpless and listless. You actually want to take better care of yourself, eat less or more regularly, drink alcohol less often, be less anxious, exercise more, or deal with criticism more consciously and be more patient with your partner and children, but the stress of everyday life simply doesn't seem to allow you to take these steps. There's a very simple explanation for this, and it has nothing to do with too much stress or too little time... What we have understood cognitively wants to be felt and thus integrated into our consciousness. That means it also needs to be understood by our body and our nervous system. And that's exactly what Feel - feel to heal is all about! Internalizing our insights, healing old pain, and learning and integrate a completely new emotional world.
In times of self-promotion in a world full of self-help books, Instagram coaches, and gurus, it's become a difficult task to find genuine support. To be truly seen and heard, instead of drowning in a sea of techniques, tips, and tools that simply don't achieve the desired results you wish for. Beyond the current optimization craze, I offer authentic and personalized guidance on your very own personal path of development. My work isn't about trends and ready-made solutions, but rather about genuine listening and collaboratively developing solutions to real problems.

Hey, I’m Anja, welcome to Feal!
My life has taught me that there is hope even in the darkest moments. I have drawn strength from challenges and turned them into a mission:
To raise awareness of the lack of awareness and to actively support people in overcoming trauma, grief and pain, letting go of addictions, reducing fears and thereby discovering and developing their own inner strength.
With over 25 years of experience in personal development and overcoming chronic pain, I now accompany people on their path to lasting change and mental health. I firmly believe that every person has the potential for transformation within them, and I am here to accompany you on this journey.
In my work, I place great value on authentic listening and developing individualized solutions. Together, we explore your issues and create space for real, lasting change.
