My consulting approach

Even though we in the Western world are accustomed to ignoring the connection between body and mind as best we can, it nevertheless holds the key to precisely the change that so many of us long for today. Paradoxical as it may sound, the way out of this problem is to look within. Because everything we have ever experienced is stored deep within us, in our heads and bodies. Even if we skillfully ignore it, we constantly carry it around with us and suffer from its effects. The way we think and feel are habits that have emerged from the overall context of our lives so far. Completely unconscious of it, we succumb to them more and more as we get older and ultimately mistake them for our personality.

Ultimately, we are convinced that we are like this, fearful, angry, dominant, submissive, undisciplined, weak, jealous, incapable, etc. What they have failed to teach us is that these are all perceptions and behaviors that are fixed by belief and repetition. Some of them are quite stubborn, I admit, because we are so deeply convinced of them. But they are still just habits, and therefore none of this has to remain as it is. Always the same?

Due to our lack of awareness of our own way of thinking, the same reactions and, consequently, the same situations occur again and again in our lives. The same thought loops, the same fears, insecurities, the same old anger, the recurring headache, or even grief, catch up with us again and again, immediately leading to a feeling of helplessness and despair.

The constant nagging and the same stress leave less and less room for genuine joy in life. The lightness of life disappears or simply seems to suffocate under the burden of everyday life.
